Work permit for 24 months can be obtained for the citizens of Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia and Ukraine. This type of work permit differs from the standard type A permit in that it is not necessary to carry out a labor market test.
How to get a work permit for 24 months
- determine the conditions of work with a foreigner (type of contract, term of employment, place of work, position, salary)
- send us a power of attorney
- scans of all completed pages of the foreigner’s valid travel document
- declaration of no criminal record of the employer
In order to register a work permit, we represent the entity intending to entrust work to a foreigner before the poviat labor office, competent for its location or place of residence.
The Poviat Labor Office enters the work permit to the register of declarations within 7-14 working days.
