\nIntroductory provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. The website of ASKOR company, available at www.askor.waw.pl, is operated by ASKOR LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY with its registered office in Warsaw KRS 0000904059, NIP 5252865222, REGON 389120257.<\/p>\n

2. These Regulations are addressed both to individual customers and Entrepreneurs using the website. Define the rules for using the services provided by the Firm via the Internet.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 2<\/strong>
\nDefinitions<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Customer (Ordering Party) \u2013 an individual, legal entity, any person who places an order through the website, where are all the services provided by the Company.
\n2. Firm \u2013 ASKOR LLC the operator of the website askor.waw.pl
\n3. Website \u2013 website maintained by the Company at the internet address www.askor.waw.pl
\n4. Regulations \u2013 these website regulations.
\n5. Order \u2013 the client\u2019s application submitted through the form.
\n6. Order form \u2013 an interactive form available on the website that allows you to place an Order.
\n7. Service \u2013 a service available on the website, provided by the Company and selected by the Client.<\/p>\n

\n5. The Client may communicate with the Company using the addresses and telephone numbers given in this paragraph.

\u00a7 4<\/strong>
\nGeneral information<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. The company, to the fullest extent permitted by law, is not liable for any disruptions, including interruptions in the functioning of the Website, caused by force majeure, illega actions of third parties or incompatibility of the Website with the Client\u2019s technical infrastructure.
\n2. You do not need an account to view the website. Placing orders by the Client for the Services provided by the Company is possible by providing the necessary personal and address data that allow processing the Order.
\n3. The prices on the website are given in Polish PLN and are gross prices (including VAT).
\n4. The total (final) amount to be paid by the Client consists of the price for the Service and the cost of delivery (including payment for transport, delivery and postal services).<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>Ordering rules<\/strong><\/p>\n

To place an Order you need:
\n1. select the service that is the subject of the Order on the website
\n2. fill in the Order Form by entering the details of the Order recipient and the shipping address, enter the invoice details if different from the details of the Order recipient
\n3. send by e-mail all the necessary data and scanned copies of the necessary documents for the order
\n4. pay for the completed order and send the signed original power of attorney in paper form to the postal address given in the order confirmation
\n5. we send the power of attorney form by email after confirming the order and making the payment.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 6<\/strong>
\nThe Order realization<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. After placing the Order, we immediately confirm its receipt and at the same time accept the Order for realization. Confirmation of receipt of the Order and its acceptance for realization takes place by sending the Client the appropriate e-mail to the Client\u2019s e-mail address given when placing the Order, which contains at least the Seller\u2019s application for receipt of the Order and its acceptance for realization.
\n2. The Client is obliged to make a payment equal to 100% of the order value immediately after accepting it for execution, otherwise the order will be canceled.
\n3. During the realization of the order, we verify all the data and send a list of necessary documents to get the service. Data verification and sending the list of documents mentioned above is a separate, paid in advance additional service worth 20% of the main service price.
\n4. If, after verification, the data and documents given by the Customer meet all the conditions necessary for the performance of the service (getting appropriate document), the cost of verification shall be included in the price of the service selected by the Customer.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 7<\/strong>
\nComplaints and guarantee<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. The Company is not responsible for delays in receiving documents due to failure of IT systems of administrations that issue relevant documents, closure or restriction of the functioning of administrations through COVID, and delays by the companies delivering the parcel.
\n2. The Company\u2019s obligation to the Customer is an obligation to act with care and diligence, not a result. The Customer accepts that the Company does not guarantee the successful result of the service or its performance within the agreed time limit.
\n3. The Company is not responsible for incorrect filling of the order form on the website by the customer. Applications are prepared immediately after receiving the order and it is not possible to change the entered data. The order is commissioned work and closely related to the person of the Customer, so if the order has been paid for and then canceled, the Customer is charged with the cost of the order, calculated proportionally to the stage of the realization. The Customer may be charged with the cost of preparing the application and administrative fees. After issuing the document by the administration, it cannot be returned.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 8<\/strong>
\nPersonal data on the Website<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. The administrator of the Clients\u2019 personal data collected through the website is ASKOR LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY with its registered office in Warsaw KRS 0000904059, NIP 5252865222, REGON 389120257.
\n2. Customer personal data collected by the administrator through the Website is collected for preparing the orders in accordance with the provisions of RODO and will not be used for marketing purposes.
\n3. Providing personal data is voluntary, but if you don\u2019t give the personal data noticed in the Regulations necessary for the order it results in the inability to complete the order.
\n4. Placing an order on the askor.waw.pl website using the order form is tantamount to reading and accepting these Regulations \u2013 the terms and conditions of using services and the Privacy Policy regarding the protection of personal data.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 9<\/strong>
\nFinal provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. The Company reserves the right to amend the Regulations for important reasons, that is: changes in the law, changes in payment and delivery methods to the extent to which these changes affect the implementation of these Regulations. The Seller will inform the Customer about each change at least 7 days in advance.
